And want to put it on your current car

What ppl usually do is buy a NEW cheapest vehicle, a motorbike in this instance
And put that new number on that.

Then being the owner of those two vehicle
You can apply for the number exchange
After exchange, you can sell off the motorbike


The point is that gomen don't want it to be easy process
So a typical person won't able to hoard numbers or the numbers traceability is lost

So for your case, it m ight be possible
But might be more hassle than its worth
