any number before the show number is sold or locked away, and need to go JPJ to see ketua pengarah or officer to check availability

any other numbers after the shown running number MIGHT OR MIGHT NOT be available
this is where mysikap comes in
Technically, mysikap is used to buy the number online
but I used it to check available numbers after running numbers
any number shows up at mysikap will be available over counter at JPJ
the only thing is time

non popular numbers or prefix might linger around
where as some is instantly whipped away

though, some non-popular numbers to some
might be popular to others

as I know,

number progression from JPJ is linear

while some numbers might be booked, paid for, but failed to be registered to a vehicle,
so the ownership goes back to JPJ

for previous numbers either be at JPJ to meet with the officer/ketua pengarah
to see if there is older number available

maybe some runners can help

but of course the price will not be standard RM210
