of all the peninsular states, only Perak and Kedah have lower than 1000 in their running number
and Penang and Terengganu have less than 1500 in their running numbers
those in Sabah and Sarawak, unless you request, wont check for you

of the 2 states below 1k and the 2 states below 1.5
