Thinking to buy a common number but have few qns.

1) how come my jpjebid website is always not showing any number? It doesnt show any current series.

2) can i buy a number from different state without being physically there? For example, Buy KL plate from Seremban JPJ.

3) how long can i keep a number without registering a car?

4) possible to buy the number without a runner service?
