after u cancel ur cdebit card account, they will pay u back rm25...so everytime make sure that ur account amount should be more that rm25 if not u cannot do any transaction...

let say if u have rm50 in ur account but wan to buy something which cost rm25.01, then ur transaction will not be successed...

Pretty Cool , Where to subcribe Credit Card Foc ? I mean no charge every month for the credit card . Instead of im using the Debit Maybank Card now it charge me few % of any purchase .

errrr..... yesterday i tried to use PBVE at shell petrol pump....

but it was rejected... wonder why eh?

is it rejected at the petrol pump?

tis is my first time use it..

Petrol transaction at the pump (outdoor) – Pre-authorization amount is RM150 but some petrol operators    allow the cardholder to select the amount at the pump. Pre-authorization amount will be charged to    customer’s banking account during the fill-up. The pre-authorization amount will be reversed back and the    actual filled-up amount will be charged to customer’s bank account once the bank receives the actual
    filled-up amount from the acquiring bank. Average pre-authorization holding day is 3 days.

From what I read in TnC, rebate not limited to certain brand of petrol.

For cash withdrawals,
RM8 per annum for ATM card fee. Unlimited ATM withdrawal(up to RM3,000 per day) and Over the Counter access.
RM1 service fee will be charged for cash withdrawals made at the ATMs of HSBC, OCBC and UOB.
RM12 service fee will be charged for cash withdrawals made at oversea/by using Maestro ATM network

Standard chartered debit mastercard cannot do online transaction/paypal yet... i have tried it... cannot... i also tried to pay celcom bill at their cash deposit & card kiosk using the debit card...it was also rejected....but for petrol its good becoz got rebate...

but for eonbank pavilion prepaid, can be used at celcom kiosk...

publicbank visa electron can be used to verify paypal....

why dont u use Ambank Debit card..?

Can use for verify PAYPAL..

Can use for online shopping..

CAn use for Online Betting..

can use for Pump Petrol...

But.. the cons..
