who said maybank visa debit cant verify paypal ?? u already try ??

from the list above i think most VISA (PBVE,Tunemoney,alrajhi) able to verify paypal...

...mastercard cannot....anyone succesfully apply by mastercard pls share your expirienced....

no wor... they dont have d shiny visa logo.. foreign countries wont accept it i think... and d card is so ugly

i changed it from my home branch where i open account oso kena charge rm12   

I found this feature quite irritating actually although it is because of security purposes. I got shock when I check my online statement stated that I used more than RM150 to pump petrol   Luckily after calling up CS to verify the matter, then only I understood after she explain to me. Phew.

Another disadvantage of PB debit card, the online statement is kind of slow, it is not real time update. It have to wait 3 working days to process into the statement. We don't really can't see the statement and easily get confuse on the balance

Haha, they did not charge me RM12, I got it free.

Btw, I do love their free annual fees, which is quite good. Unlike Public Bank, you need to spend >RM1200 to get your annual fees of RM24 to be waived.

I am not sure, if I not mistaken, the amount the customer service person told me is RM1200.

No need, just use back the old signature ler. Eventually, if you draw a tortoise, cashier didnt even bother. My friend tried drawing tortoise a few times when he is using his card

Yeah, and  don't think RM24 annual fees is high

I wonder why you guys have to call customer service? I seriously don't understand. I do it all by myself and the pin is my choice, not given by them.

If they doesn't want to swipe, not due to minimum amount but due to it is maybank debit card, ask her what bank they are using, saying you want to complaint or look for their manager. Bank has contract with every merchant that using the visa/mastercard services.

What he-sham said is correct. I do always say 'accept card?'

PBVE is the best choice so far, but bad experience for me nonetheless... refer past posts from me for more... but still I give them the benefit of the doubt. they do have a good reputation as the best debit card around.

Annual fee but I don't see it is a big amount. It is just a two digit amount only
