I guess you need to call back if you want to get that package.
But look interesting from RM200 to RM21/mth, that is huge huge different like durian price jatuh..

when Astro CS called me at that time I was driving and was telling me the list of channels. Thats when I ask him to call back on Monday. But until now did not hear from them.

Well I don't intend to resubscribe Astro.

Does anyone here knows when Astro iptv(maxis) would get internet upgrade?, the news website didn’t mentioned specific date for the upgrade

I was a long time astro customer since they started iptv buddle (also before that), but recently internet services down + price war so I finally cut it.

Based on my experience I will never go back for such package buddle with 2 different company.. Their reaction time is tooooooo slow. Customers have face with all their corporate bureaucracy....

My internet and TV was down for 2 full weeks, after I furiously escalate then only they able to come fix a broken clip/connector at the tm pole which is a 5 mins fix + 10mins time maxis don't know what is wrong, wait for tm technician and questioning my fiber cable is too old.. Lol)

Normally cooperate with 2 company, it will take more times to fix the problem.
Somemore, the main fiber supplier still by TM.. It will take longer than a week to settle the issued.
