I just terminated recently. Just make sure terminate before your billing date.
This what I done.
And I just terminated thru their Live Chat. need email authorization letter if account name not under you. (For my case, because account name under father name)

Good Point! Asstro makes more money in leasing transponders. Well the coming new players, how better can they get is left to be seen! Even free Mytv could not take off! With sports content still with asstro, what the new players may offer maybe just vernacular content hmm.gif

If Malaysian having something like NINMEDIA as basic without any string to tie with between broadcaster and viewer, in which I think many will be happy no matter in city or outskirts area.

only measat can lease transponder

not astro

in a way measat lease transponder to astro and maxis = money flow from right hand to left hand = money pass between siblings within a family

who else gonna lease off transponder from measat? companies from foreign countries are barred from leasing foreign satellites due to security concerns of their own country

in the end, measat is bleeding, but the "father" will make sure its siblings get to help out a bit icon_idea.gif

Yeah, that makes sense. But the infra will be so expensive so it cannot be privatized. Just look at media prima.. free but barely surviving. It may works if RTM/gov actually invest on it. that's the only way out
