For Indians better they subscribe to yupp tv

Do make sure all LAN cable connections on your Astro box and router are properly connected. And try reboot all Astro box and routers to see if issue still persists.
Since yours is under Maxis fibre backbone, there's nothing much you can do about it as hybrid mode (switch to satellite mode) is not possible. You got to inform this to Astro IPTV department and let them assist you from there.

Dear all, anyone realize astro just charge new tax under "E Service Tax" for the latest bill?

Just checked my bill for the last 2 year and no such thing. Normal bill with GST was RM216.25, then no GST for 3 months only RM204.00. Then the previous month with SST come back to RM216.25 and now RM223.75 with RM7.50 E service tax.

What is this?

April with GST


August with no tax


September with SST


Latest October bill with "E Service Tax"

Astro came and check and they said that they can’t do much about the problem(number of people are having this problem according to Astro ), they are pointing towards maxis issue.

Update : yesterday evening till now multicast down( network connection not available) they didn’t even give satellite temporary access during their visit( they gave temporary satellite access when house internet is down)

Sometime i just restart my decoder for overlapping subs

Variety, Learning & Movies pack SD channels all fits 16:9...except ch.412

So that means they are getting HD feed downscaled to SD.
