But yes, seem this few day working fine, as notice if using internet, on home screen will stop playing at background, but using  sattelite background still playing

I'm on the ultra box.. and the last couple of days, I notice, specifically channel 805 (ASSP UHD) there seems to be an error, "unable to playback the programme" "the programme cannot be played, please try again later. (CRE:404). The feed keep going on loop, the loading bar appears, and then it kicks in HDR, and then it drops to SDR, it does this a few times, and eventually each 10 secs go on a loop. And the error keeps popping up every few seconds.

I've rebooted the box. I've changed from home WiFi to mobile hotspot which has Very strong 5G (more than 400Mbps). The outcome is the same. Irony is the temporary 4K channel 806 work perfectly and I was able to watch the Australian open properly with zero glitch.

Anyone else facing issues with channel 805? Granted all the games are replay... No live games yet to test. Thanks.

Edit: issue still persist despite factory resetting the box. 805 only is experiencing the issue.

Hmm they say it is 404 and not 403 though

If we follow standard HTTP error codes, 403 is "Forbidden", aka not allowed

404 is "Not Found"

It could be possible that the problem is on Astro's site

Noted, I checked everything, nothing is wrong with my network. It's all running stock Unifi. I even used mobile hotspot, still problem. I did NVRAM reset, and everything, still the same. I tried via LAN also no luck.. strangely only channel 805 is having this issue.

I'm waiting to observe a live 4k feed on 805 (next live is Liverpool Vs Chelsea). So far everything that's been running since I 1st noticed the issue are delayed/repeat broadcast.

Btw, apart from the CRE:404 I also encounter random CRE:500 as well.

Assthrow seems still employing lots of lousy people to operate.

Also, Astro is now using a different font for their TV Guide page. Not really that important, just something I noticed.

They're now using the new font on Astro channels that's using the old font. Currently it's Premier and Cricket.

Ah. I actually like this new font, since it's much more legible (easier to read) from far away. Good for old folks like me.

Is ch549 Love Nature 4K, a fake 4K channel?

The video output is is not 4K HLG like ch 805.

My auntie just called me her assthrow got problem.
Once her son watches ch805 and 549, she cannot watch assthrow on her PVR.
How come?

I saw the LNB is changed to single type with splitter used between the astro boxes.

I think the installer took the quad lnb and provided universal LNB because when he installed the dcss lnb, some channels in PVR cannot be watched.
I think I need to call to assthrow to get a report number right, else the installer won't come?

For me, i have only one decoder, so I use DCSS lnb no issue.

You mean if using dcss lnb and using splitter then can all the signal and watch all both pvr and ultra box?

The money from SST increase doesn't benefit assthrow right?
