I honestly don't believe they would get EPL. Not because Unifi can't afford the price of EPL mind you, but because Unifi themselves seems lacklustre in their in house sports line up. Basically they only have UFC as their only in house license. They rely on SPOTV and BEIN to fill in the gaps for Unifi Sports Channel.

Among other thing, also since Astro is quite close to the grassroot sports scenes and local sports scenes as well (think Malaysian Sepak Takraw League, Purple League, Malaysian Futsal, etc), Astro might *cough*use KBS cable*cough* to make sure EPL license stays with them.

I am bot a sports fan. If I am Prime Minister, I'd close down the related ministry without thinking twice, no more tax spent on sports.

So I really do not understand WHY humans need LIVE sports telecast. Cannot read in news the day after? No after match recording? My must be held hostage by a tv company?

I thought all package got reduce price 

Only vernacular contents & live sports keep them special compared to unifi tv.

Currently im on platinum... really cant tahan the price, since nowadays the cost of living affect me, I just feel want to take the "Sports Plus Pack+ News and Documentary+RM 10 4K Netflix"... since I started watching the tvbox to compare...the live TV really delayed and can't record.
i still not sure want to continue or not. If UnifiTV can provide a recording I already want to move, since I do not very to watch the Premier league.

From what I observe, Netflix subscribes individuals really no worth compare to astro.

Having IP checking as strict as Netflix gonna be difficult. Don't think Astro is at that level yet. When they do then I just terminate it.

Mine is Android TV 12 on Unifi TV Box.

Currently their ‘HITS NOW’ is Astro’s in-house channel, SHOWCASE on Ch 413. Previously Hello (Ch 110 then Ch 702) and PRIMEtime (Ch 704).
