And yes, there are people who are either have no financial worries, can afford to spend on Astro, just prefer everything to be easier, simpler, worry-free, and not so willing to simply jump ship to some other services because not everyone likes the idea of changing, even when the number of existing Astro subscribers keeps on decreasing as time goes by due to various of reasons.

Some people would think that if spending more money can make their life a little easier or better, compared to jump ship to different services and learn new thing by spending less or even free (like illegal streaming services), they would rather choose to spend more money. Everyone's mindset is different, so.... 🤷

Nah, I didn't go for Sooka or Unifi TV because I support local content. And most of them is Astro in-house programme. Sooka had some of those but... yeah just some and then the movie need to subscribe to Disney+ or Netflix separately. Unify TV on the other hand include Disney+ and Netflix but then no local content.
Paying for the things that you feel worth is OK, as everybody value worth differently. Alot of people said that why not just get TVbox. Aside from being illegal... the main reason is that this does not support the local artist or the local production. That is just my thinking.... everybody is free to choose their own way

For Disney, I'm not sure resolution through Astro buy if you view through Android Box, it will depends on source material which mean 4K you get 4K. Netflix you need to subscribe to Premium to get 4K.
