any experience selling in lazada, buyer stole something inside and return it? is a 7 days unconditional return policy, so they force seller to clean up own ass.

if this not protect seller at all, everyone need something replacement like air filter, purchase it and stole something and return to lazada, and let seller makan his ass.... really so piss..... do small business also get people con.... ayam so sad.....

I suspect lazada also got scammed by this return item issue

Ie their iPhone got swapped by someone with the fake iPhone on return, then lazada sell the returned fake iPhone without knowing it was fake

I heard my friend said buyers also have rating in taobao and their phone/purchasing details are specific to the system to track down scams like this

ya, 11street and shopee cheaper a lot compare to lazada now. alibaba want kill local seller who sell china goods, not a good environment anymore.

just buy from local seller, before purchase anything from lazada, see the ship from oversea, close that tab.

Usually you will see a new transaction in CR in less than 5 days after you receive a refund notice from Lazada.
But most card issuers will not treat this CR transaction as part of your payment/credit to your latest credit card bill.
ALWAYS pay the STATEMENT BALANCE!

I reloaded through WisePay a few days ago.. Bought around 8am and topup was delivered in seconds after that. Don't buy between midnight and 6pm though cuz they be doing maintenance. I did and lazada immediately canceled and refunded the money. Luckily I paid through wallet and so refund was instant. So was able to use the same money versus waiting long for refund to bank account or credit card.
