Nowadays got a lot of scam seller. Bought something last week, received email saying that item was delivered but I never got it. Checked with Lazada, they gave a tracking number which was delivered to east cost while I'm in Klang Valley.

Seller has deleted the item page and close shop, so I suspect he's using fake tracking number to cheat the money from Lazada/buyers.

Ding dong with the CS a few days, and managed to get the refund. I have also reminded Lazada to freeze the seller account and check with the other buyers if they manage to receive the items or not.

So nowadays need to also check on the seller's background and history when buying.

Ya, scammers got new tactics everyday.

I believe that Lazada will hold the money within the 14 days return period, that's why I was asking them to freeze the seller account (do not transfer any money to them) and check with the other buyers first. But not sure they are doing it or not.

edit: and yes they are trying to claim that the item has been delivered by using a tracking number belongs to someone else.

A quick question about the CIMB Lazada Prepaid Card. I have just registered for it this morning and got the card details at the last page. But until now still not able to use it for online purchase as will get an error at the OTC request page.

But from some previous replies here I understand that it should be able to work immediately after the registration. May I know if anyone has the same problem and how to solve it?
