Anyone got buy from Bose official store in Lazada before? How is the delivery lead time with Bose? Thank u

Guys, need to ask a question..lets say if i requested a refund for a purchase with my credit card, and the refund is successful, according to lazada it would take 10-15 days for the refund to appear in my bank account.

My question is will the amount appear in my balance (as in cash) or will it be redunded to the credit card directly (to the credit value of my credit card)?

The transaction doesn’t appear on my credit card, already 13 working days, do i need to call lazada or maybank?

as of 29th June 2018, my credit card transaction is updated (rm 559 deducted from my cc), but the refund is nowhere to be seen.

hmmmm, will contact lazada on monday to find out whats happening. thank you
