any experience selling in lazada, buyer stole something inside and return it? is a 7 days unconditional return policy, so they force seller to clean up own ass.

if this not protect seller at all, everyone need something replacement like air filter, purchase it and stole something and return to lazada, and let seller makan his ass.... really so piss..... do small business also get people con.... ayam so sad.....

aiyo, if like that, their QC team jiak sai lo, item return without checking, approve to warehouse as return goods, so the QC team inside got ghost is it? mana boleh let seller bare all the fault case.... alamak this lazada.

alibaba already kill all china seller, mayun really greedy, kill china small player, now come in malaysia kill local seller too. really no ideal why let him do a hub in malaysia. yawn.gif

no la, if shopee, buyer can cancel if the item order not accepted, once accepted, you still can cancel, but need approval from buyer, but is totally cancel able bcos buyer can not change to shipping anymore, so is cancel able. (shopee need time to confirm payment gateway money into account first before refund, so is totally need a weeks, not seller control)

same to seller, if receive an order, and "confirm", seller cant cancel it anymore, only buyer can cancel it. if not wrong la. i think all system is same.

i sell in 3 plateform, only lazada can return goods without any concern of buyer.

and answer you in seller perspective, if i got an order, we dont have ready stock, we will get panalty (lazada), in 11street (seller can drag very long until buyer cancel it but not seller), shopee with a weeks preparation period so within that period shud be free to cancel. BUT refund process need wait payment gateway to platform, only to buyer.

shopee is a plateform charge zero percent from seller, buyer. so consider a bit charity platform, maybe not the best, but the cheapest so far what i can see in malaysia market.

charges high to low
lazada > 11street > shopee

if you want totally BUYER friendly platform, go lazada, they do until local seller boycott them ady, even i have a china account in china ladaza -> malaysia, we sell nothing, bcos they side to buyer too much untill UNLIMITED CONDITION 7 DAYS RETURN!!! SCAMMER BUYER TOO MUCH IN MALAYSIA!!! BUY WEAR RETURN, BUY USE RETURN. headache to deal with lazada.

I don't think it's easy to close down all the local seller ,  problem like time delivery , item not as advertise and defected.Eg, buy tempered glass for phone and receive wrongly size after waiting 1week .
The next day cycle of 12am or base on time you buy 24 hours ?

they are killing local seller who selling same product in china, mean not local seller friendly anymore, and they are charging seller extremely high courier fees now. like 11street, all seller can select own courier service, if lazada, they hold all the courier themself, mean you ship under their account in any courier service, and charge back in your sales, like you work and get nothing. once wrong, they blame system count wrong, and no sound of give back your money.

Laz should give every Seller a sticker and encourage seller to record the "boxing" procedure+putting the sticker.
Laz should also have rating on buyer and seller on how well on both.Only seller who sell and buyer who bought can rate.

1. i think yes in any platform when you purchase it wrongly. Confirm or not still can request cancel by the buyer. Refund process may vary depend on which kind of payment you make, credit, debit, direct transfer.

2. Good practice to open a parcel, when received it, snap a picture, when open it take video, it you really scare on scam. Most system is like this, seller provide platform their shipping tracking no, once status of the shipment DELIVERED, it will complete the order automatically in system.

3. Lazada with a very special policy, they can wear it and return in 7-14days, this is why lazada buy stuff is best, but not good due for seller, bcos they QC (checking return ) team not mature yet, they check nothing and send back to seller. Seller receive bad/wear stuff and complaint no way.

4. Business goes to fair and trustfulness la, if all buyer and seller doing in this way, this environment become china style la, who will belip online sales again.

So good luck on hunting only la.
