Can i buy samsung products at those physical samsung shop and offset with the points?

To redeem an item from the Rewards Catalogue,

2. Browse through the list of rewards available
3. Tap on the thumbnail image of the item

All redemptions from the Rewards Catalogue are final and the Points will be deducted immediately from your Account.

Based on the above, only for online. Then again purchase from samsung website is also not mentioned and it definitely works so.... walk in to a shop and ask?

Think it has to link to your samsung account. If that's possible in physical store then shld be able to. But, I don't think that's how it works so it's a online thing only imo.

Hi. How do know the point expiry date of point collected bcos samsung website only shows the total points collected but never says when is the expiry date of the points

only will show when near expiry, if non of point expiry in 3 month, nothing is display

mine 1k points expire yesterday tried to use some on mission day rather than burn.. but the agree to t&c button cannot click, and cannot click redeem points. anyone know how to reset this?
