Today I tried relink my Hong Leong card to my watch (token reset). When I click agree it said registration denied. Ask HL customer services and they said can register one device only. Isn't we can link to 2 devices before? Did HL change their SPay policy?

I can't register using their MAE app due to error. Asked CS and they want me to register the account at the bank.

Can PATI register for digital bank? 🤔 I have AEON Bank and Boost Bank installed and verified.

Recently bought new phone and tried to relink all debit cards for MBB.

Phone spay no issue as verification can be done through banking app.

However Samsung Watch couldn't verify with the banking app. Only have two options, banking app and call bank.

Trying to open banking app doesn't do anything. Anyone faces this issue?

The Kuching Belang Hitam Kuning bank has increased their Samsung Wallet security.

We need to install the Maybank MAE app on the device and activate Secure2U in the MAE app.

After Secure2U has been activated, we can easily verify and activate the card in SWallet app.

Meow verified and activated the same credit card within 2 minutes interval.



The problem with Secure2U in MAE is we hv to go ATM to activate it. So, in the future, if we upgrade to Note26, we hv to re-activate the Secure2U one more time. The entire process will take 12 hours cooling period after register at ATM.

Alternatively, we can call the bank's Customer Service to manually activate the card(s) all at one go WITHOUT Secure2U as the "middleman. But need to wait 1 hour for the process to complete in their system.
