Hi. I would like to get help on Samsung Pay for Samsung Galaxy Watch 6.

My wife already have Samsung Pay in her handphone. Now she want to use Samsung Pay in her watch. She is using Maybank Debit card.

So, the objective is to have Samsung Pay at both device by using the same card.

She installed Galaxy Watch (plug in) app at her phone. While doing the process, she got the error of:

Registration Denied: Your request wasn't approved by the card issuer. Try another card or contact your card issuer for more information.

What is the correct process? At the moment, my wife already called Maybank to reset the token. Need to wait minimum 1 hour (according to customer service). Then, she say her card is being removed at her phone (not sure her fault or maybank remove it).

Seem like Mbb only gave 1 token for your case. So either it’s on the watch or on the phone

But accordingly to bro azhar75 , same maybank atm debit card can be use on two devices.

Yes. This is the correct procedures.

By now we can activate the same DEBIT card on both phone and watch.

If cannot, meaning that DEBIT card is limited to one activation/device only.

Hi I can register my mbb debit card on phone and on my Samsung watch. I think your token already used up and maybank cs just reset the token.

Ok issue solved now. Need to call maybank and ask them to add one more token for samsung watch.

may i know beside maybank, what card can register in 2 devise?

Hsbc credit
Cimb credit Mastercard
Hlb credit and debit
Standard chartered 1 device only

** list based on what I'm using right now.

tested just now, hl no problem for 2 device, rhb one only

Meow RHB DEBIT Mastercard can use at 2 devices...

i test on rhb shell visa cc

Latest notice, i not surw what different

Public bank 1 of my cc can use on 2 devices, but the other cc is single device only.
So even same bank can differ
