And time always 2.00.00am

I hope samsung next time make it clear, above say redeem online, below say can over counter, kiosk

I go to 2 KFC, say only can order online, counter cannot key promo code
Lazy ah anything also need make online acc, too many spam mail later

Hope not like last time, maintainance 1 month

Next time, redeem eWallet eVs only. Then, use the eWallet to buy things... get eWallet points summore...



Those merchant eVs is hit or miss sometimes...

anyone has issues with accessing samsungpay and it is showing mandarin words and not able to access the rewards page?

Spay & rewards was under maintenance this morning till 1700 hours today. It's business as usual now. You should be able to access

There few trans during system down no reward at all
Just check all come in today morning

are you able to access the reward page? i've been having this issue for a couple of days already displaying error "try again later" can't see any rewards to redeem

can open, last year encounter that issue, i delete install back samsung member
or you clear cache?

Have just delete and reinstall samsujng wallet app, still cannot access samsujng rewards, bugger.
Spoke to chat support that person said its still under maintenance but then you can access
