they copied spay to some degree yes but which part makes samsung lose can explain ?

Only if "the" app can accept SPay... Else, e-Wallet will be the winner in the end...

you can app collect order but counter to collect payment.

But queue numbering will mess up between manual counter orders, Food Hailing Service orders, Self-service kiosk orders and app ordering.... (?)

Unless their system is "Artificial Intelligence" enuff to sort the queue numbering from West and East Malaysia simultaneously...
