Guys, the giant e-voucher, can they be combined in one transaction? Let's say I'm buying something more than rm40 and I want to pay with 2 rm20 vouchers and topup with cash the rest of the amount.
Or only one voucher can be used in a transaction?

I have redeem the Wooden Clock and it arrive about 2-3 weeks later.

Is the 00 all the time or when combined only? My rm20 wasted just like that. I wanted to combine, the 1st voucher was ok, 2nd one didn't deduct the amount after cashier keyed in the code but he clicked redeemed then said voucher has been used. Of course has been used cause he clicked redeemed.

How you lost it?

Unable to redeem.
TGV cashier keyed in the codes but it prompted invalid.
Not sure if the redemption is only for old movies or what.

P/S: Tried to redeem on Sunday morning at TGV Gurney Paragon

Problem resolved.

Solution:

I need to logout AA signin in SamsungPay on another phone and then only can signin my current phone to transfer point.

knowing TGV, the voucher might have some very specific clause.

standard seats, standard hall, movies before 6pm, asterisk movies, etc...
