My Samsung Pay redeemed 10K mAh power bank (from last year first Samsung Pay (Sep or Oct) promotion, only start using in Jan this year) today give up on me. It shows 1 LED light on. When tried to charge it, it only accept 20mA power sad.gif . I am using USB Power tester to check. Charged whole day, the 2nd LED light still blinking. doh.gif

Actual I already tried different chargers (including Samsung original Note 8 charger) and cables. All with the same slooooow charging rate.

Found a solution to my issue.

Need to reset the power bank by pressing and hold the power switch until the LED light go off and then release it.

Now able to charge at 1.65A. rclxm9.gif thumbup.gif

Happen few time to me on my S8+ using Citi CC. Have to re-register the CC. After the last incident, now I am using MBB CC.

Btw, I am also using the same Citi CC on Note 8. No issue on Note 8.

anyone try to Exchange Point to AA this few days and encountered error?

Problem resolved.

Solution:

I need to logout AA signin in SamsungPay on another phone and then only can signin my current phone to transfer point.



 

Change to:

0.0213sec    0.31    7 queries    GZIP Disabled
