I've faced the same issue with rhb debit before. Twice. One time removed the card from spay and added it again, and it can be usesd. Another time, removed and added didn't solve the problem. I have to call their cs and they have to reset or do something, waited for about half hour, then only can be used again.

This I agree 100%. They are so unreliable, they can't even keep to the cumulative limit. So many times I haven't reach the daily or cumulative limit, I already get 'do not honor' message and need to reset. Calling their cs hotline is like lottery. Wasted so much time waiting only for the calls to be terminated without talking to their reps.

I just applied cimb lazada to be paired to my gear since now can collect points with gear. Lol. Hopefully cimb not too problematic like rhb.

I still have quite a fair bit to achieve 50 transactions. Puasa month I don't tap as much as other months. And some missing points that I lazy to report and claim. Don't think can achieve this month.

I try to tap as much possible, afraid later redemption time, I'm short by few hundred points. Then regret all those missed transactions. Lol. But I also try to make sure most of those tapping are necessary.

I did the separate bills few times but too much receipts to keep. Lucky now a lot of mynews accept spay / wave so I can separate buying drinks / breads. Especially those in lrt stations, one coming in, one going out.

Btw since you're using cimb lazada, usually what terminal or condition that you faced problems? Also, some cashiers ask debit or credit. If prepaid don't know they accept or not. Haha.

Thanks. All mynews use hong leong right? That's one the main shops that I tap. It's a bummer if they don't work.
Btw I faced few times where I tapped exactly like how I usually tap, and the cashiers asked for signature. But not in mcd. In aeon and cold storage.

Cimb mastercard definitely supports wave. Before using Samsung pay, I used their cimb pay app, using nfc and I didn't face any issue. My cimb lazada card arrived already. Later can try, especially at mynews.

Yesterday managed to try paying with gear. First payment I didn't pair the watch and the phone. But once paired, almost immediately received notification and points. After that all transactions notifications and points came immediately.

I think if he hasn't reach 50 transactions, he'll get back the points. But since he already maximised the transactions, it's only right they can't award the points. Same situation like doing transactions after reaching the maximum 50. No points awarded.

They can always refer to your transaction dates and award the points to that particular month if you didn't reach the maximum allowed for that month. I think you have to take it as extra transaction for this month. No points awarded. But do update if they carry forward your points to next month.

Lol no. Their t&c stated points not awarded need to be reported to them within 7 days. They'll process within 60 days.

I think your last month is lost case already. If you really want to test them, why not whatever missing points you encounter this month, just don't do 50 transactions. If you miss 3, do 47 transactions. Then see what they say. If they don't award then can taruk them.

Regarding warranty of samsung rewards redeemed products I've ask their live chat on 2 items cause I received both without clear warranty informations.
1) vacuum cleaner. On the box there's a huge note of 2 years warranty. The rep told me 2 years and I just need to bring the delivery receipt which shows the date I received it.
2) wireless charger (April redemption). Rep told me same answer as yours - no warranty for the redeemed item after he/she checked for few minutes. I asked few follow up questions and they replied with generic 'sorry bla bla bla'. So I gave up and just accept the fact and pray I don't receive lemon unit.

Lol. Not much can be done from live chat and they were pretty clear there's no warranty for the wireless charger. Even the letter that came with the product didn't mention about warranty like some letters that came with redeemed gears previously. I just didn't want to push further cause it's a free item and my item was and still in good condition. I just asked them for clarification. Also I didn't see much complain about it here either. If really many people want to question about warranty of redeemed items, I'll gladly join and put more pressure onto them.

Boring redemption items. Already redeemed the wireless charger last time. Microwave no use for me.

Btw to the guy asking about wireless charger warranty, what I gather from them is that there's no warranty for the charger. The letter sent with it got no date too. Maybe can get different answer from different rep.

I just keep the points first. I have none expiring soon. But good also no higher points redemption these 2 months. I'm still working on collection my points again. Lol.

Last week I went to village grocer in klcc / avenue k, when I asked to pay with paywave, the cashier asked master or visa. When I told him master, he said cannot. Have to use visa card instead. Lucky I have both.

It depends really. Do you use spay for the rewards or for convenient. If it's the latter, the rewards are only some bonus for using spay. But I think they do need to offer some rewards to attract new users though.
