I almost redeemed the gear vr but seeing how the points increased quite substantially and my current gear vr is barely being used, I'm still hesitating.

later next month came out Gear Watch (2018) 30k pts redemption.

Considering the points expires after 6 months, and we're limited to 50 p'ses per month at 40 points per purchase. So, the maximum points we can accumulate (assuming no bonus points) will only be 12,000 (or 14,000 before the end of the final month), right?

Samsung also have other promotions where people can collect points by using bixby etc. Not to mention ability to convert airasia big points to Samsungpay points.
But if you really only depend on SPay transactions, it's 2000 points per month.

I think home appliances is among the better redemptions. My redeemed vacuum cleaner is my most used reward items. Haha.

They had announced the bixby event no longer organise anymore
