that will be same response NO WARRANTY because of their unfair TERM and Condition (3 day period) but our power bank go in to deep sleep after 4 day (which Samsung Aware of it but they just want us to help them clean out their RUBBISH).
Samsung produce Eb-PN930 since end of 2015 and market it on 2016 with some firmware issue (get in to deep sleep), but they ignore it.

We should have some feedback on monday (11/06/2018) 2pm.

Glad to know that Mr. Sonny. Hope they will do something positive and resolve this nonsensical issue for you so it can be a role model for the rest of us.

Today I go rawang R n R Petronas (the one got Starbucks)
I buy 1 mineral water and 1 pack of nuts
I ask the staff can I pay separately with SPay
The staff says: cannot, minimum RM10
I ask her: who set this policy?
She says: my boss
I say: if u don't let me use, I go BNM complain your boss because merchant can't set minimum purchase

The end she let me use once (pay 2 items together)

I have got one free from Note 7 pre-order and has been using it for more than a year now and haven't encountered any issues with it.

Recently got another unit from the PB spay promotion and so far it works fine too.

It's unfortunate to have gotten one with issues. So they tell you that they will let you know the outcome on Monday? Let us know once you get any feedback.

actually not only me, a few having this issue ..... just most ppl letting it go when they ask Samsung customer service and their reply is no WARRANTY ....
what really piss me off is when i ask her other question she just REPLY with copy and paste style on no WARRANTY on redemption product .... that why i escalate it further

Salute there Bro! You made the bold move on insisting to use SPay and also apply the "Rule of Law" in which case totally works. Proud of you. 👍👍✌

Thank you Bro for providing the link of that article. I will download their app to lodge report's in future encounters. Must do civic duty to ensure "Rule of Law" is upheld!

I usually use the boycott method. Once they inform me of minimum i will reject all transaction but with the new government ill try reporting as well to BNM

The article states that we can make the complaint if the merchant charges a surcharge. Do you also have one that specifies that the merchant cannot determine a minimum spending for credit card usage?

So, can use the Mylink app to lodge the complaint on the merchant who impose minimum amount as well?

Whatever "hypothetically" suspected offense(s) by the merchant(s), we just lodge a report... let BNM conducts the investigations...

We all must work together... else, if the reports are very low amount, they might just ignore future reports...

We must make an impact to ensure BNM sees it as "negative" action by the merchants...

Affirm that and will comply.
