Apa salahan nasi bryani, kari ayam, kari kambing? Took too much fats in that meal? Reduce the fat amount in your next meal. So how much of calories are you taking now?

No issue...
in a week.. pick one meal that i really want to eat... then eat on that meal..

I thought of making dehydrated meat with chicken breast, dry them until it taste like keropok because it more caloric densed and easy to eat for a small eater. Googled them and usually people make them for dog snack.
Just try my luck if anyone has making them before? Does dehydration damage the protein content and nutrition value?

In your case you should really take some isolate or something like that. That way they do not have so much fat at all in their formula, but they are very costly in the long run at all. How much more do you need to loose ? I think you need to try my advice along with some casein.

previously I was taking the nitrotech whey with added creatine.

Same as protein. Less likely you're gonna get to harmful level through normal consumption.

Whey protein or meat's creatine content too little for ppl to worry about.

If you have high level then first thing you want to do is to have your kidney checked.
