I've never mentioned whether is this development location is prime or not.

If you were to ask me in term of prime, they are all more or less the same cause the on-going ones a quite a lot very close to MRT stations. Projects like this one, Parc3, Shamelin Stars and so on need some walking to reach LRT/MRT, but at least its walking distance. So they are all basically packed in a spot not too far from each other.

sorry if i get you wrong in the wording of prime. coz you mentioned this project not good.
so i just wondering which project is better? you mentioned parc3 and shamelin star but if compare it to this location (Wisma there) then this place is nearer to MRT station with a better walkway.

actually this project not too bad la... but potential cemetery view... and although its walkable to MRT... not all parts are covered... but it should be shorter walk than M vertica, majestic maxim, parc3 etc.... have to see the pricing dulu... i think MKH strategy now going for affordable... so potentially high density low absolute price....

What I said on earlier post, I meant the environment. Not about the location. Cause last time that area used to have a lot trees because of undeveloped lands

If MRT wise I'd say V Residence and Eko Cheras are the closest. This and Dupion island seem to be very close too. Just not sure whether the linkage is full covered like V Residence and Eko Cheras.

ok. then i would agree with the environment. but after all location come first, regardless greenish or not is not important for me.

anyway, talk bout MKH, most of their project is medium range and quality is so so.. hmm.gif

Maybe that's why those east-facing units in J.Dupion are angled towards the city, completely avoiding the cemetary. I always wondered why those units looked funny. laugh.gif

Whatever the design that they use for this project, most buyers will definitely choose the KL city view. tongue.gif

Yup, previous projects in Kajang are low-cost as well. Now they're probably moving up their game into mid range
