The type A:B:C ratio will be roughly 6:4:11
That translates into 6x650 + 4x750 +11x850 = 16250sf... excluding areas of escalators, walkways, common area etc
One possibility is the plot of land consisting the Wisma Chung Kee(WCK)
Does this sound like the redevelopment the land of WCK?

This area, if it is really wisma cu kiong, it has a walk path of 99.9% covered roof to partimer mrt stn(I won't call it a dedicated walkway). Dev just need to build some roof to join to the path....

Any other affordable housing with this distance to a mrt stn? Can quote one?

Will buyers expect much from affordable housing? Given Cinapek mindset or not...

I know not everyone will agree, but l would predict it is BBB given this price for a FH project in this area.

I bet agents will find a way trying to compare with the pima housing near kwangtung cemetery at KL

The only silent place with fresh air is the greenery stone garden. .. ..

The taman is full of mostly old houses since 1970+ ...now surrounding looks let down.... Eyesore?...

A small taman also got traffic light at the other end to create minor jam.... Minus point?....

The roofed walkaway towards mrt also not with even height. Strong wind will bring rain via the height gap ...minus point?...
