And around that area we have Leisure Mall, Eko Cheras, Sunway Velocity, Aeon Maluri and now this.
Then add on the dead malls 1 Shamelin, Cheras Sentral, Viva Home and Ikon? |

When the retails are dying out, why do they keep on thinking mall will attract more interest or make the properties better?

Tough to survive... few malls flooded jalan cheras. Concept Neighborhood Mall (60% F&B 30% groceries 10% entertainment) maybe still got chance to survive with surrounding resi support..but make sure target on right income range customer.
Btw, how many units in total for the 7 Towers? So far developer no have any experience in term of mall management right? |
