well taman pertama actually located at a not so impressive place in the old cheras... but nevertheless... based on the projects launched along the jalan cheras... if its really behind BHP.... quite close to MRT also and easy in and out to the forever jam jalan cheras... haha... those located inside one shall suffer more...

the rental price have to be filter first hand first by cochrane condos, TRX residences and many more stations near KL... the higher price might be minimal only... haha

actually this project not too bad la... but potential cemetery view... and although its walkable to MRT... not all parts are covered... but it should be shorter walk than M vertica, majestic maxim, parc3 etc.... have to see the pricing dulu... i think MKH strategy now going for affordable... so potentially high density low absolute price....

agreed... if the price is right too... less than rm600 psf... thats something to talk about for FH and distance to MRT station... its not as near as aster... but its not challenging under the tree towards the covered walkway.... for ppl who familiar with cheras... surrounding areas might not look appetizing.. but projects sure still can sell...

yeah... mentioned alot of times here also... other than the cemetery... despite this project have no 56m distance to MRT... but its very walkable... in alot of cases... better than those SKL mrt projects like m vertica, j dupion and etc....
