QUOTE(sochaiapk @ Apr 9 2018, 11:55 AM) If confirm the project is indeed at Velodrome, then distance from the connecting bridge to Taman Pertama MRT is less than 56meters.😁 On a side note, the nearby J Dupion is currently construction a bridge and walkway connecting to Pertama MRT as well. I don't think it will be that plot coz last I recall, Jakel owned the Velodrome land. They planned some mixed development there adjoining J.Dupion some time back but was put on hold for some reason while the latter commenced construction first. QUOTE(aaron1717 @ Apr 11 2018, 09:06 AM) actually this project not too bad la... but potential cemetery view... and although its walkable to MRT... not all parts are covered... but it should be shorter walk than M vertica, majestic maxim, parc3 etc.... have to see the pricing dulu... i think MKH strategy now going for affordable... so potentially high density low absolute price.... Maybe that's why those east-facing units in J.Dupion are angled towards the city, completely avoiding the cemetary. I always wondered why those units looked funny. Whatever the design that they use for this project, most buyers will definitely choose the KL city view.

QUOTE(Neoyo @ May 24 2018, 09:56 PM) Mkh where got so big heart to build... Chinaman susah la. Isit far to walk... 200m? Need the surrounding folks or this project's buyers to complain, then they might budge, I guess. As for the distance of 200m, it's not really that far. It'll only take a few minutes to reach the station.

QUOTE(why.key @ Jun 10 2018, 09:38 AM) walau so bad. Really shit No lah. I viewed 2 units there previously and didn't encounter such problems mentioned in that post. As I mentioned previously, the owner of the 2nd unit dy renovated it to the max and plans to rent it out/sell it (whichever offer comes first).

QUOTE(seechin @ Aug 17 2018, 04:16 AM) MKH proposed 507 units condominium near Taman Pertama MRT, CherasMKH proposed to build one block of 42-storey serviced apartment at Taman Pertama, Cheras. The freehold site will have 507 units of serviced residence, with unit sizes of 660sf (2BR2B), 850 sf (3BR2B) and 1,000 sf (3BR2B). The site is strategically located along Jalan Cheras, and is only 150m away from Taman Permata MRT station. There is existing covered walkway to the MRT station right in front of the site. The site is currently occupied by Dolphin office. Located in a matured and convenient location, the downside of the site is that it is located next to a cemetery. It is expected that the project will be launched in end-2018/early 2019. [attachmentid=9976938] With that location, I'd might as well go buy a subsale unit at Lido dy. At least its not facing the cemetery directly. This post has been edited by DesRed: Aug 17 2018, 09:17 AM

QUOTE(trust4you @ Sep 30 2019, 09:50 PM) its very simple, if you feel like letting it go, just open the window and face the cemetry, and jump down. close to maha yang duli perkasa. Your problem will be solved, but it will be one additional headache for the next of kin to sell off the property in the future. This post has been edited by DesRed: Oct 1 2019, 09:07 AM

QUOTE(icemanfx @ Oct 26 2019, 06:51 PM) During poorperly, gold, btc, stocks, etc bull run when price is uuu, every investors would happily share their hero success stories and self congratulatory. However, when their investment didn't return as they hoped, they keep silent. For fear of losing more money, most investors are reluctant to hang dirty laundry in the public. A reason why number and frequency of posting in this poorperly section is dropping. Really depends on the posters' priorities in life. How do we know that those who are no longer active here end up in such a position? They could've chosen other interests/hobbies outside of property. Or other priorities in life took over for all we know.
