Try relogin? Mine works that way

Already done more than few times previously. Anyway called Maybank, they said if transaction was successful then it is problem with merchant (Unifi/webe) system, didn't take up. Need to wait up to 24 hrs for them to update, before can get credit back from Maybank.

Sent complaint to Unifi support with relevant receipt and screenshots, but till now not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my email.

Ya I know it's separated. As I said I don't mind if I can't get 4g lte coverage at some places. As long as I can use basic data to whatsapp whether it's on 2G or 3G, then I'm ok already. I'm not the kind of using heavy data. I can always use my 4G quota in my house if I want to since the signal is very stable.

Me new customer MNP from Yellow line, still pending for unifi.

(Although for some reason the tower still keeps the "Webe" call)

Have you guys tried to run traceroute on Unifi Mobile? It doesn't seem to work for any websites. Can they do this?

I'm extremely disappointed. I ported from sucky UMobile, but found out Unifi Mobile is even slower and weaker signal. This is KL ffs.

I'm also using Tune Talk and Yes4G, both are MUCH better than Unifi. So now thinking of porting to other.

TLDR: TuneTalk > Yes4G > UMobile > Dial-up internet > Unifi Mobile

this is because Unifi is fuking congested without enough infrastructure to support the users. 1 way to do it is throttle, same like rationing. TM had been like that before, they roll out Unifi like mad cow and their infra cannot support and ppl getting shitty speed, same like their streamyx.

have you used the SIM first? what i noticed... you need to start using a bit first before you can register the SIM... provided it's not expired.

tenda cant lock lte band. any other modem can suppott all unifi mobile lte and can lock specific band?

I am a casual user mainly for browsing and find that Unifi Mobile is like godsend. Most of the places I frequent have accesses since my mobile has support for band 5,38 n 40, else I can fall back on UnifiWifi. Its speed of 30Mbps is also useful as a backup for my home's Unifi especially during thunderstorm. If it continues with the current expiry policies I will save hundreds of RM.

Want to ask something. Let say I ported to unifi mobile from other telco and want to use online banking. I can still receive TAC as usual right?

Except Unifi Mobile already cost a bomb, look at the data prices. It only seem cheap because of the free 10GB.
