QUOTE(Ngto @ May 2 2018, 11:55 AM) Unifi mobile is hopeless. I reloaded via online payment using m2u, wanted to purchase bebas unlimited to test, but their useless app didn't show the amount. On Maybank the amount was successful with receipt and amt deducted instantly from my account. Wasted 1 hour livechat with unfi , but unresolved. The system can't even get simple reload right. Now must send this and that to their email , blah, blah blah, so much trouble. In the end don't know if can get money back. Try relogin? Mine works that way

QUOTE(TheReckless @ May 2 2018, 01:48 PM) Try relogin? Mine works that way Already done more than few times previously. Anyway called Maybank, they said if transaction was successful then it is problem with merchant (Unifi/webe) system, didn't take up. Need to wait up to 24 hrs for them to update, before can get credit back from Maybank. Sent complaint to Unifi support with relevant receipt and screenshots, but till now not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my email. This post has been edited by Ngto: May 2 2018, 02:03 PM

QUOTE(fruitie @ May 2 2018, 11:03 AM) For UniFi Mobile, I guess to select P1 is fine. Well, 28 months is so long... If you reload within 28 months, it further extends the validity. You can purchase RM 25 for 1 year later. Still far affordable. Anyway, OT.. Please proceed to this thread: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4018918alrite thanks. QUOTE(JLA @ May 2 2018, 11:31 AM) unifi bebas use separate quota bucket for 3G and 4G. The free 10GB must used within 4G coverage only. It not about a speed, it a mandatory for data. Call can use 2G 3G or 4G Ya I know it's separated. As I said I don't mind if I can't get 4g lte coverage at some places. As long as I can use basic data to whatsapp whether it's on 2G or 3G, then I'm ok already. I'm not the kind of using heavy data. I can always use my 4G quota in my house if I want to since the signal is very stable.

I'm extremely disappointed. I ported from sucky UMobile, but found out Unifi Mobile is even slower and weaker signal. This is KL ffs.
I'm also using Tune Talk and Yes4G, both are MUCH better than Unifi. So now thinking of porting to other.
TLDR: TuneTalk > Yes4G > UMobile > Dial-up internet > Unifi Mobile

this is because Unifi is fuking congested without enough infrastructure to support the users. 1 way to do it is throttle, same like rationing. TM had been like that before, they roll out Unifi like mad cow and their infra cannot support and ppl getting shitty speed, same like their streamyx.
TM being TM.

TM treat us like we are "R&D" customers. Give me free simcard from Unifi with 10GB, maybe after 10 years will finish 10GB.

This is pilot test period with real users, then slowly iron out before roll out with costing charges. Thats is the reason i dun want to get free Sim Card as adding more problems to me

have you used the SIM first? what i noticed... you need to start using a bit first before you can register the SIM... provided it's not expired.

I am a casual user mainly for browsing and find that Unifi Mobile is like godsend. Most of the places I frequent have accesses since my mobile has support for band 5,38 n 40, else I can fall back on UnifiWifi. Its speed of 30Mbps is also useful as a backup for my home's Unifi especially during thunderstorm. If it continues with the current expiry policies I will save hundreds of RM.
