i also have issued during reload.
Reload first time fail, then try second time still fail.

Then after few minit, suddenly say I have successfully reload twice.
Damn contact to live chat pop out error "Oopps, it is awful, please try again".

Lousy their customer support.

How did you manage to type in the pin number?

Mine kept reset back to first digit whenever i tried to insert the number, unlike before when you type in all 12 digit pin (shown on your app screen) and then click on Continue button.

one way is to switch off your phone and remove the sim card before you leave the country. if not, once abroad the operator will know that you are overseas and remember it until you return home and connect to the home telco network. therefore, you will be charged at idd rates for any missed call.

another workaround is to leave zero balance.

Why not just disable the roaming or deactivate the simcard before leave the border?

I dun use the pin number, normally use debit/credit card or internet banking to reload.
If you reset back to first digit whenever you have already key in, that means their mobile unifi apps jammed already..

Need quit and force stop the apps and relaunch again.
If the problem still the same, need to clear cache the mobile unifi apps.

By the way, I tried several time also same like that..
Stupid for their apps until the max.

Look like the apps developer create this apps like beginner one.. sweat.gif

Yeah, I'm not the only one having this problem based on review at mobile@unifi's google play.

I suspect this problem started since they updated they app by the end of last January. Don't know what were they thinking when developing their app, always something broken in every update.

I am having the same problem too. Wish the app developer could fix it before the CNY promo end. You could try typing the pin number in the dialer, copy it and paste it in the app. It works for me.

A working solution that the agents from the Live Chat unable to provide, makes me wonder if they are up to date with the Unifi products and issues. rclxub.gif

18Gb but I already MNP to Umobile which is surprisingly so much better.

was about to subscribe cny bebas promo RM55. did speed test and got around 1mb+ only on lte. even on on 3g can get more than that lol. straight away cancel.

Yep, loyal Webe user since launch, December 2018 start, speed like shit. Ported out all 3 numbers to Umobile prepaid but just ported out my main number to Maxshit today. Thought need 1 month.
