Doesn't need root for Rx Monitor app, can show connected cell's band and neighbouring cell band too.

Just request to port from digi and got the sim from tmpoint. Lets see how long will this take. Previously port from celcom to digi took only 24hours. Haven't got the sms from digi to confirm the port out though

Lol same thing happened to me. How did you proceed? Got the same reason for my failed port out request, called digi cs and they said something about me auto subscribed to free weekly streaming pass. Then she said its now settled at their end i need to contact unifi to reapply. Dunno where to contact unifi now to reapply. Tried the livechat at the unifi website but the cs there told me to contact via unifi app. Tried the unifi app but theres only form to submit. Tried callng 100 but theres no option for unifi mobile. Now dunno howto proceed and i would love to avoid visiting tmpoint again.

Scratch that, contacted unifi via fb and they've initiated the port in process again, got sms from unifi instantly. Crossing fingers and hoping this would be a success this time. Stupid digi making life harder

Just got my unifi sim activated this morning after 2days and second try. Its heaven seing no more credit validity biggrin.gif

Theres only 2 way, either by visiting tmpoint or by paying rm10.60 for postage. For the postage need to provide ic to the courier when they hand over the sim.

Wheres the 5 sim then? Why need another one. If all 5 were terminated already then just request for another one. Currently they allow 1 active sim per 1 ic at a time and if all your previous sim were terminated already then you should still got the unfilled quota of 1 sim under the current rule.

The faq pdf i got from the unifi mobile website when i ported over wrote for payment channel "debit/credit card (any local card with visa/master logo)". They might not support foreign cards.

They've updated the app yesterday. Typing reload pin works fine now
