Refer to first post to download HManager app and lock from that app.
Oops I thought I replied you in B618 thread. Check out first post in B618 thread.

B618 22d does NOT support band 5.
unless your area has band 38 or 40, b618 22d is useless for unifi mobile.

I really can't remember but I knew that it doesn't have band 5.
Because of it doesn't have band 5, then I went to TM to buy its B618 65d.

WTH !!! Unifi Bebas unlimited in Huawei router. Wireless hotspot. Never happened before, but now it does.

1. phone = 7.xx Mbps
2. Android box 1 = 0.07 Mbps
3. Android box 2 = 0.05 Mbps

Update

Reset router , now it's ok. Phew what a relief

2nd update

Went down to 0.0x Mbps again after I tried some streaming app on my Android box . Now my phone also 0.0x Mbps.

Have to turn off wireless and turn on again, to get back the speed. After a short while it goes down to 0.0x Mbps again.

Ate they blocking hotspot tethering now or clamping down on Android boxes ? Is this the end ?

Anyone has a problem of connecting to certain VPN when using unifi mobile?

But that VPN works well with other telco/providers.

Are you guys still experiencing reload issues via credit card? sad.gif Not sure if it is my (foreign) bank or their service. It keeps telling me they are still processing and that they will send me an SMS once it has worked. Which is even worse, because what if all attempts suddenly work? Then I'll have hundreds on the card...

The faq pdf i got from the unifi mobile website when i ported over wrote for payment channel "debit/credit card (any local card with visa/master logo)". They might not support foreign cards.

Ivacy/PureVPN confirmed not working since a long long time ago. Can connect but worst than without VPN.

Ah, damn it. I already contacted the support, but they were unable to tell me why I'm having issues and have escalated the issue. No further response yet.

Unfortunately the local bank accounts still have the wrong mobile no saved, so I can't make any payments that way.

Hi - i chat with support and it seems there are multiple answers about incoming calls when i'm overseas. Singapore as an example.

- there is no charges if i do not pickup the call.
- there will be charges of RM 1.40 if i do not pickup the call
- there will be charges of RM 1.40/min. Airtime start when caller hear a ringtone.
- there will be charges (no answer by agent) even when phone is OFF

If i do not want any charges, i can turn off the International Roaming.

Anyone with experience can share how it work?

The support has now answered that you can only pay with local credit cards. Oh well.
