Actually I didn't see any issue with Ngto's post for the reminder because people may miss it out? It is not a common deal. Moreover, some people may have the SIM in their router/modem which may have overlooked on it? howszat, I don't understand why you suddenly popped out of nowhere and started flaming him.

Have u try out by putting the SIM to ur device, whether still able to use data or make calls (if u still have remaining balance left)?

What is the sim collection process like? Do we have to wait in line with those internet users at TMpoint? Do they need the app installed for collection?

So glad I get to use unifi mobile ... compared to digi ... unifi mobile coverage is much better... especially indoors ... Digi at some places indoors totally no data .

Hi. Want to ask what is top downstream/upstream speed for unifi mobile? My house is about 50 meters away from TM tower.

I ordered my sim via the unifi app, but then I found out the use Line Clear Express to send the sim. At this point I'm pretty much had give up the idea of ever receiving the sim.

I read the FAQ, only way to buy data, using mobile@unifi app. my problem today is the app stuck at unifi logo, won't proceed. already tried reinstall, use other device, all same. anyone?

I do notice the coverage improvement when I was in Malaysia last weekend, especially along the south corridor of the north south highway.
I wonder who holds the rest of the 850Mhz other than TM... it is a good band though.
