UniFi Mobile is not suitable for single SIM smartphone (
I'm talking to you, Mr. Timmy... where is MY iPhone Dual SIM variant...?)
If we were to use UniFi Mobile as primary number, ensure to have 2nd SIM as mobile data backup when not in UniFi FDD-LTE Band 5 or TDD-LTE Band 38 or TDD-LTE Band 40 coverage. The best 2nd SIM as mobile data backup is non-Celcom telco. If still wanna be in Celcom zones, there is TuneTalk, OneXoX, and other MVNOs to be as the 2nd SIM backup.
(UniFi Mobile) + (OneXoX Season Pass) combo could be the best option if don't wanna topup/reload for the next 24 months...
As for lowest monthly commitment plan, (UniFi Mobile) + (UMobile GX30 Prepaid) is an option too...
Other better combos are out there but just ensure don't sign up with 12-months or 24-months contract trap...
Hi... so it is recommended to use band 38 and band 40?
Quite noob when it comes to this band thing ... thank you...

enter gateway using web browser.
default ip add 192.168.1.1

go to settings, netword settings, and you will get to choose which band you would like to force.

it doesn’t showed lte band 5, but it still supported. i only used to forced to band 38 and 40. if the area have no signal (no band 38/40), i will pick all band. the modem will detect band 5 that time.
