I really want to try using unifi mobile again.. after bad connection oon April/May..
So I ordered one sim...
Unluckily for me.. the speed's still pretty bad...
Altho I'm getting 3-4 bars of LTE.. I'm only getting 500kbps speed...
Altho in my room.. there's only 3G/H signal... and the speed goes up to 2.5mbps.. (altho... mostly around 1mbps only...)

How to terminate the prepaid?
Need to inform TM.. or can just MNP to others?

If you're patient, just don't use the line for many months; one day TM will just terminate it. You don't have to do anything.

Just bought unifi mobile to use on my ipad. Not sure about the coverage but I cant use personal hotspot. Is it because the line is in 3G? Only got 3G line at shah alam aeon mall. Need to check other places later for coverage

Anyone receiving calls from 03-79333300? Truecaller showing it is from TM. I'm not sure what is all about as I hardly use the unifi number to receive calls.

Does anyone know if the Unifi wireless broadband for home use same network as the Unifi mobile?

I checked Unifi wireless broadband coverage area and it says my house not covered but I have Unifi mobile line and I can get 4G in my room.

Online coverage maps are not going to be 100% accurate to real life. Just keep that in mind.

plz check the signal strength.

sometime can get 4G but the strength kaput one also canot use very effectively (i experienced it, speed keep below 1mbps despite of 4G signal)

Hi,

Want to ask something on the Unifi 100Mbps package.

I am Maxis Broadband user previously. I went to TM point at Quill City Mall to apply for this package.

However, the officer said that the Hypp TV setup box is not included, if I want it, I have to add RM 30 per month. The Unifi TV channel provided in this package only can view via Apps.


May I know whether is it true?
