An update for my billing issue, it will be refunded in next statement. https://community.digi.com.my/t5/Postpaid/D...paid_no-variant

My monthly postpaid bill falls in June 2018 but my phone usage crosses over from May 2018. How will the 0% GST impact me? Will the 6% GST be pro-rated or do I get a full refund?

For new and existing customers who signed up before 1 June 2018 with a crossover billing between May and June 2018, GST will be charged on the monthly fee as well as other credit and charges. The 6% GST amount charged according to the number of days of subscription from 1 June 2018 will be refunded in the next bill statement.

Tq bro. I think this one. Need to wait until porting successful & reconfirm using digi app.

Fedup with umobile. Recently their coverage really unstable, frequently no service. I’m okay if no 4g, but no service is unacceptable.

Lets us know what you got once you ported in, the Digi Apps will shows every details.

I supposed they will either prorate straightaway or refund in next statement due to time constraint in implementing into the system I supposed. No telcos/services/goods can charge full and custom will come knocking on their door.

DiGi WiFi Calling seems to be working overseas now. So far, it's appeared on my phone in SG, HK, JP (and it works). Test it in other countries soon tongue.gif

But it looks like it’s not very stable. Sometimes it will disappear before resuming the service.

I noticed the same thing too. Not a big problem if that happens in Malaysia. But one will get one of the biggest bill shocks if that happens whilst in overseas.

Yes it's rather unstable, it's off and on for the places I go to or at my home. Earlier today was at Tropicana area and was good. The last few months it wasn't available there.

Read your bill. it did mention GST on monthly fixed charges will be apportioned and refunded in the July bill. Also a few post above already mention that.

same. look like DiGi start abandoning/doesnt care its 3G/HSPA network. hardly to get 1mbps when connected to 3G but when switch to 4G, can get >20mbps.

Opposite for me. My working area 4G 1 bar and very unstable, I have to switch to 3G and the speed better than 4G.

In the commercial perspective, 3G shall be remained as status quo as it is more viable to expand LTE as the technology is more efficient.

https://new.digi.com.my/services/volte

I have seen Xiaomi devices on Digi VoLTE network before as well but they aren't in the list, probably not officially supported by Digi.

And for VoWiFi, I believe most of the Huawei devices on the list are supported, I personally tested Mate 10 and Nova 2i.

Only Huawei phones? I have learned that some android phones are getting the VoWiFi unofficially so I would like to see if there is any other option.
