hi all si fu,

wan to ask now sign family plan 150 still got rebate for phone or not... as i visit mid valley and sunway both say no more rebate for family plan on device even 250 plan..

Friday was the last day I think. I got sms from them for my reserved free phone for this plan which states that.

How do I topup via SMS?

REC <16 digit>?

Sent to 2888?

Does not work.

who told you using SMS ?
It clearly printed at digi reload card using USSD command
*123*16 digit#

can reload using mydigi app too. just make sure select the correct digi number

You can use the digi app to reload in multiple options, including the top up voucher purchased from merchant.

You may consider online direct phone reload instead of using phone to reload, hassle free

prepaid users, do you guys still get free 5GB music freedom per month from Digi?

The option seems to disappear from my Digi app.

I've never been able to get free Music Freedom on my Prepaid Best.

As far as I know, that music freedom option only appear if you subscribe to one of the internet package.

I'm on Best 2017. Never had this option maybe because I never subscribe to data plans here (I'm already on Postpaid).

FYI I’m using Live I get 10GB per month. Video & music freedom 2.5GB per week.

No it’s part of Live prepaid. Actual T&C I’m not too sure, since day one I’m using internet plus now renamed kaki social plan.
