so far in Malaysia, GRR did not fulfill their promise, after a while, will stop paying.

Seems like around midhill area near petron also alot of developer.. do u think the potential is as good as hilltop?

On weekend. Genting maxim hotel is around rm 1200 to rm2000 per day depending on season.

I think the potential for ion majestic is to wait for the theme park to open.. then definitely will see a good booming business
