I just heard about the project yesterday when I was walking around the mall in Penang. Bought Ion D Element .. considering Majestic now.
Certainly the road condition should be improved. My whole family was very scared during the drive to the current site. I remembered there was supposed to be a plan to get a cable car access from the site to First World? hmm probably i mistaken it for another spot. |

It's later, after the 5-7 years, when the real test of your investment comes. most important is sustainability over the long term. 10-20 years. |
