so far in Malaysia, GRR did not fulfill their promise, after a while, will stop paying.

Based on record, most of the old apartment in Genting so far very hard to rent out or find buyers. laugh.gif laugh.gif

Overprice for investment, rental return guarantee is for short term, after that sell cheap cheap also nobody wants..
Look at some of the older apartments at genting. Will u buy those even it's very cheap?

Quota are different for every project.

Bank has risk assessment panel to determine the risk of projects.

The higher the risk, the less loan will be given to the project.

This project is in the high risk category as it's overpriced and buyer may default in the future

in years to come, it will be empty and haunted like the rest of the apartments

You could sue them, they will just declare bankrupt and close down company (standard practice in all GRR project)

If u pay attention, all projects with GRR are registered under new company or subsidiary, never main board company

Some go as far as appointing a management company to handle GRR. Whatever problems with delayed or non-payment are directed at the management company which can close down anytime.

Just went to stay at Grand Delemen Ion, The place is quiet nice but can see all the constructions on Ion Majestic

At night, this place is super quiet and being in such close proximity to haunted Amber court, makes the place pretty eerie

strong winds at night will make howling sound and I was awoken around 2am by loud furniture dragging sound from the unit above

Not a nice experience to stay alone at these place
