I'm giving this a miss, too much risk involved and too near haunted Amber Court to my liking.

anyone further reviews ? worth investing in this project ?

I'm a huge fan of Genting developments. I believe in the long run, Genting is only going to get more and more visitors each year.

If any other owner's are waiting for their next lot of units, can let you guys know I just received my first GRR payment from developer, so for now they are paying out without any issue.

I have heard some poor reviews about the hotel from various people as well but I think that people will still end up staying there nonetheless and the overall experience is really quite enjoyable.

Also am bearing in mind the fact that the developer did part ways with Best Western without any proper official reason, there are definitely some floating negative 'feels' brooding in my mind.

I'm still optimistic on the project though.

Don't feel they need to do too much to pull through and run smoothly, just need to avoid major screw ups.

Anything close to Genting in my opinion is super exciting.

Bullshit. Every month i get maximum 6 free rooms in first world without need to pay. There are plenty of rooms there EXCEPT For Big festive season

Booked units. Most units especially smaller ones are almost snap up. Wanna know what's the potential of this place than the common grr. Psf also quite high..

Was thinking the same too. Saw ion delemen the existing proj altually getting good response in terms of occupancy. Assuming they keep this momentum should not hv this prob for owners to get their $$?

What does good occupancy rate mean? Over 80% occupancy over 365 days period?

Weekend they are surely fully booked as of now. Saw their booking frequency via booking.com. quite high their frequency. Fyi am not an agent. This are just my observations. But this being high on a hill I still have some reservations. Thats y asking sifus here for your humble advise and opinions

Guests/visitors can count occupancy rate from booking.com?

If every weekend is fully occupied, that would be about 29% occupancy rate. Can break even at below 40% occupancy?

Obviously weekday pun ada la.. Can't be zero occupancy but i seriously don't know occupancy rate on weekdays. Perhaps can kepo and ask.
