Hi everyone, me thinking of getting persona executive or premium, any owner can tell me the cons of the car eg gearbox problem blablabla.
Still relatively new to the car field and rn desperate need a car because my wira got too much problem and decided not to fix.

I agree but my budget is roughly around 50~60k, which is either myvi or persona.
But since have to wait dunno how long for myvi might as well go for persona hence i ask the question.

Maintenance wise, myvi abit cheaper.
It's more fuel efficient
But less comfy for long distance

But both use CVT now. Just need to change driving style
i.e. don't just step on acc after changing gear

I would suggest to test drive it
My sis recently picked up the premium 2 months ago. no issues.

Read news recently about Daihatsu cheated on safety tests. Perodua partly owned by Daihatsu. So I would be very wary about choosing Myvi.

Curious question. Anyone here with a 2019 Persona did or plans to upgrade the center console to look like the 2022 Persona?

How you install youtube music? Tried it on mine, but keeps asking me to install google main app as well. Tried login but it auto off. So all google apps cant use except for chrome. My work around is to use google chrome and masuk web version.

No issues. Exveot for one time pasang dashcam terkacau wiring the auto fold n wiper not working. Sent to SC to fix the wiring. Settle.

Persona I waited around 2 weeks. The salesperson can got faster stock but different gray. I said okay only.

Normal cam only. They didn't want to use USB behind rear view mirror. They pasang straight to the fuse or what every you call it. So terkacau the power supply for the wiper n auto fold.

This camera can capture video while parking idle one. Maybe that's why they need to connect to whatever you call it lol

I have a question on the driving style since I'm coming from manual gear driving style, i.e. step on the accelerator

Whenever I fully stop at T-junction and want to go out, I step on acc and the car just won't go! And I need to brake cos oncoming cars are already near.

Any help is appreciated

if preve time need to release brake first then can press throttle

but the new persona needs less time. Generally with cvt you need to change your habit just bit
