So a new month's bill came, and it's RM232 now!!! Every month getting higher and higher. Seriously...TM is messing up their billing system

Hopefully I can change to TIME by then. So my billing history goes like this:

May > RM189.75

0% GST kicks in, my bill increased

June > RM198.99
July > RM231.80

Just curious can the older TM routers support speed 300/500/800 mbps?

Guys, now im getting an upgrade from my current plan( i know its bad) 10mbps for 149, im assuming its going to upgrade to 100mbps for same price.

LETS SAY, i go to agent outside in shopping mall and get new deals, for example 30mbps, am i still going to be eligible by then??

or LETS SAY, i go to agent and get the 129 ringgit for 10mbps, will i still be eligible for the upgrade?

should i change my plan? currently paying rm149 for 10mbps and eligible for speed upgrade to 100mbps... or i just stick with the old price

some of us like myself a long time unifi subcriber actually offered by TM themselves a permanent RM139 30mbps package + no contract. 

30mbps (discounted rm139) , after 24month no more discount rm179 ( nov 2017 ),
so after free upgrade pay rm139 , when reach 24month,  terminate and get new plan .

hmm Play Store download is also slow now, and YouTube can only load at 144p

my kampung house 384kb not eligible for free speed upgrade, no unifi coverage neither.

support at least 2mb as confirmed by live chat, they want increase monthly fee to upgrade speed.

now paying rm66 for 384kb.

But some fellas paying RM60-90, eg 4mbps@RM88 eyeing free upgrade to Unifi Lite 100Mbps!
They can upgrade to Unifi Lite and Unifi Basic anytime if they want.

should can "downgrade" , afraid the unifi port taken immediately by your neighbour.

First not using tm dns,so confirm not this problem.
Second undersea,also not possible,because vpn can solve it,so highly possibility is tm's routing shit again.

YouTube no problem here. Can even stream 2160p. Only those few sites slow to load.

An experience of speed "upgrade" this noon...

I was extremely excited this noon when I saw a group of TM technicians outside my apartment and changed some equipment at the TM "box/rocket". I noticed the frequent disconnection happened on my Internet during the changes and thought I can have a better connection after the changed. And finally, I received the free "Upgrade" below and upgraded from 50Mbps to 15+Mbps. Thank You TM..
