Normally 100Mbps if your place got 100Mbps unifi or double existing Slowmyx speed (if your line can stable, which I'm doubts for mostly 8Mbps can get 16Mbps)

Actually you can filling case in your nearest TMpoint, some NICHE manager/supervisor can assist you for that request.

Maybe TM is your fan, and worried you will block/delete UNIFI threads?

older is 150Mbps only, latest 802.11 N is support 300Mbps or 450Mbps.
Still 802.11 AC support up to 1331Mbps, but don't fancy for full speed as distance and walls will slowing down or get blocked.

Actually it's depend your area is HSBB2 or SUBB, for those HSBB and SUBB most likely is upgraded from ADSL to VDSL.
HSBB2 seem mostly is install with FTTH infra.
