TM, why so slow at 10:36pm? 100Mbps to <5Mbps is outrageous.

I used whatismyipaddress.com on mobile chrome and found that my ip address is 147.158.xxx.xx. So mine is Public Ipv4? But when I used CMD ipconfig /all on PC it showed  192.168.xxx.xx. Which is the right one?
*
147.158.xxx.xx is your public facing IP assigned by TM. 192.168.xxx.xx is your local network IP assigned by your router.
When any device in your home requests data from the internet, the device on the other end will send it to your public facing IP. When the data is then delivered to your router, the router will use the local network IP to determine which device in your home requested the data.

I just told the CS that since Ultimate already consists of all V/A/R channels no reason to keep Ruby n moreover I have subs Ruby for > 12 month. So I just requested for the removal of Ruby and the CS did it for me after some verification. I also confirmed with the CS that no surcharge/penalty to be incurred. Luckily my internet discount is perpetual. Look for senior CS who can make decision.
*
So you're actually paying $30 less then previously after Ruby was removed?
Can you elaborate on the your plan/mthly subscription before and after?

Considering I paid RM189 for 100Mbps and will be eligible for the turbo upgrade in August, let's just hope that I can do that too once my upgrade is done brows.gif

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jul 21 2018, 02:56 PM)
Let's see how it flows, it may not succeed at all. I have this feeling and I will need to go through MCMC
Wait till 800Mbps comes first then only I will do something about it.
*
Well I hope you guys succeed. Then, the rest of the tsunami can follow...

For my case, I search by my address. both of them are Nova with different addressid

TM's IT systems, I believe. iCARE Prime (ICP) & Next-Gen Opportunity Vibrant Ambition (NOVA)

QUOTE(wilson1stop @ Jul 24 2018, 01:15 PM)
Nova could be residential house, while ICP is business shop maybe.
My area, all the residential homes have a ICP and NOVA addy ids.

Same here, when I use ICP address id it gives me another address.
Sorry I've no idea then... must be related to TM competency, incomplete, neither here or there.

I think there's too many people checking. I got some weird location as well previously. A few hours later, I checked again and it showed the correct info...

Mine is "FiberToPremise": "N".

So I don't think it means installation not done yet...

I worry that two bolded stuff means your connection isn't full fibre.
Maybe the backbone is copper based like the one I draw below  sweat.gif

TMHSBAAddressFlag=N

But my home is serviceable by Maxis though. And I believe one of my neighbours is on Maxis Fiber Broadband.

Just checked again and it is covered...

I guess the only way to find out is to test it directly when the upgrade come.  sweat.gif
I wonder which websites/CDNs will actually pump out data at 500 or even 800Mbps to match our ability to receive at these higher speeds in Malaysia.
