Looks like it's made by a Chinese company named FiberHome Technologies:

http://www.wdcnet.com.br/wp-content/upload...N5506-04-BG.pdf

https://www.tm.com.my/Home/Broadband/unifi/...ide%20(ONU).pdf

Again it doesn't really matter much as long as they use the similar hardware architecture smile.gif
Of course, if it have trouble handling higher speeds, TM will replace that for free icon_idea.gif

hi, i'm currently subscribed Unifi lite 10mbps. So after the upgrade speed by tm, my speed will be 20mbps or 100mbps? thank you in advance.
*
<20Mbps -> 100Mbps

30Mbps -> 300Mbps

50Mbps -> 500Mbps

100Mbps ->800Mbps

Of course, it depends on what infrastructure you have. If you have fibre (FTTH, usually in landed homes), you should be able to upgrade to the new speed. Although if the ONU (modem) is too old and doesn't support the upgrade, TM will replace it with a new one for free icon_idea.gif

You also need to consent with the upgrade (through the official UniFi website), which I believe it will begin from 18th of July (tomorrow), according to the now vanished TM upgrade webpage icon_idea.gif

I think better put some sticky about enabling NAT Acceleration/TCP acceleration/Flow Control/NAT Boost or whatever it is called.

Some users disable NAT acceleration in order to use QOS or traffic monitoring.

Later these users complain why using cable also cannot reach 500/800Mbps  doh.gif
edit:

Just asking, after Finance Minister announced sst 10% for goods and 6% for service.......does this mean our bill will get that 6% tax back again soon?
*
Again, it's too early to tell - we are not accountants/tax experts, so we cannot know for sure unless someone in the industry clears this up for us icon_idea.gif

I think someone here might need a sticky/FAQ on equipment/router settings for the new UniFi turbo plan, else there will be people asking why they cannot get the rated speed where the problem lies in the hardware/software setup of their network sweat.gif

Perhaps soonwai or blacktubi can create this guide and pin this up so that everyone should know the basic hardware/software requirements for such speeds icon_idea.gif

how to check unifi ID?

Usually that's the PPPoE username that you can get from the router configuration webpage. If you cannot find it, then contact TM and they will let you know your username (it's meant to configure third-party routers for UniFi) icon_idea.gif

Finally got it. UniFI lite registered on May, to be upgraded from Jan-June next year.

Any verification? I don't see any when using chrome, just can edit email and phone number.
*
Edit the email/phone number first (if already correct then just click save), then the edit box will disappear and it will say completed icon_idea.gif

I think the problem is the server has overloaded so much that the web server is having trouble connecting to the database, and hence the error sweat.gif

Now on 100Mb/s. Hopefully really can get 800Mb/s wub.gif

Love you TM - I know that people don't say this a lot but so far TM has been very kind to me
Started using VIP 10 in 2010 for RM199
Upgrade to Advance 30Mb/s in 2015 for RM179
Free upgrade to Advance 50Mb/s in the end of 2016 same price as 30Mb/s
RM10 upgrade to Pro 100Mb/s in mid 2017

And I'm always getting full speed of my UniFi both on ethernet & wireless thumbup.gif

How to check Wireless device can support 800Mbps ?

Example like Iphone and Samsung Note 8,Samsung S9 can support 800Mbps ?
*
None - you might just as well use an Ethernet cable for that icon_idea.gif

Wireless is just not good enough for that speeds sweat.gif
